These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 555xp platform, including the website at 555xp.vip, all associated services, casino games, sports betting, and account features. Please read this document in full before registering or using any 555xp service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any 555xp service. Age verification is enforced through KYC. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold only one 555xp account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. KYC verification confirms your identity and prevents multiple registrations.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict on bonus-specific matters.
You are solely responsible for determining whether using 555xp is lawful in your jurisdiction. 555xp does not operate in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your 555xp login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you notify 555xp of unauthorised access immediately.
555xp reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
Important Notice: By registering an account or continuing to use the 555xp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
1.1 The 555xp platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account on 555xp, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 555xp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement is not satisfied.
1.2 Registration is open to individuals who are accessing 555xp from jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration. 555xp does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any player who registers or plays in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
1.3 Each individual may hold only one 555xp account. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 555xp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances on those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
1.4 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and contact number. 555xp reserves the right to request documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
1.5 Corporate entities, organisations, and groups may not register accounts on 555xp. The platform is intended for personal use by individual natural persons only.
2.1 555xp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable under its international gaming licence. All players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal of funds is processed.
2.2 Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani players includes a clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). 555xp may additionally request proof of address, a copy of the payment method used (e.g., mobile wallet screenshot for JazzCash or Easypaisa), or a selfie with your CNIC where identity cannot be confirmed from documents alone.
2.3 KYC documents are submitted through a secure encrypted portal. 555xp processes KYC submissions typically within one to two business days during normal operating hours. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Where additional documents are required, a second request will be issued within the same timeframe.
2.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of being prompted will result in the account being restricted to deposit and play only, with no withdrawals permitted until verification is complete. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed due to false or insufficient documentation may be closed at 555xp's discretion.
2.5 Enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts with high transaction volumes or unusual activity patterns, in accordance with 555xp's AML policies. Enhanced due diligence may require additional documentation and may temporarily delay withdrawal processing.
3.1 Deposits to your 555xp account are accepted via the following methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 555xp does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
3.2 Withdrawals are processed via the same payment methods used for deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours following approval. Bank transfers are processed within same-day to next business day.
3.3 KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a regulatory requirement and is not negotiable. Withdrawal requests made by accounts with pending KYC will be held until verification is complete.
3.4 555xp reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or frequency, or where the account has not yet been used for substantial gameplay since the last deposit.
3.5 Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are not permitted. All payment methods used to fund a 555xp account must belong to and be controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits from payment accounts not matching the account holder's KYC-verified identity will be investigated and may be returned.
3.6 555xp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Where a deposit is not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, contact 555xp support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
4.1 555xp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each offer is subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of claiming, which govern wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.
4.2 General wagering requirements: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, typically 10–20%. Table games may contribute 0–20% depending on the specific game and offer terms. Check the individual promotion page for the exact contribution rates applicable to each offer.
4.3 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, 555xp will remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated from bonus funds, and release the remaining real-money balance for withdrawal.
4.4 555xp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of cancellation will be honoured at the discretion of 555xp.
4.5 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting loopholes in offer terms, or using automated systems to place bets — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.1 All bets placed on 555xp are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the bet details on the confirmation screen before accepting. 555xp will not reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of clear technical error at 555xp's end.
5.2 In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, payout miscalculations, or a technical fault that results in an obviously incorrect outcome — 555xp reserves the right to void the relevant bets or game rounds and return stakes to players' accounts. "Manifest error" is defined as an error so obvious that no reasonable player would have proceeded on the basis that the terms were correct.
5.3 All casino games on 555xp use certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG systems used by 555xp's game providers have been independently tested and certified. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.
5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round, as displayed within the game interface. 555xp may adjust these limits at any time. Limits may differ between standard accounts and verified high-volume accounts.
5.5 Sports betting markets and odds are offered by 555xp in good faith based on available information at the time of publication. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play bet availability is subject to live event conditions and may be suspended at any time.
5.6 555xp reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on specific markets or by specific accounts without providing a reason, in accordance with responsible gaming and risk management obligations.

7.3 555xp reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including mandatory limits or exclusions — where gameplay patterns indicate problem gambling behaviour, in accordance with our obligations under the platform's international gaming licence.
8.1 Your use of the 555xp platform is also governed by the 555xp Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.2 555xp collects personal data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, and responsible gaming obligations. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards. 555xp does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
8.3 All data transmissions between your device and 555xp servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment data is handled exclusively by certified payment processors and is never stored on 555xp servers in unencrypted form.
9.1 The 555xp platform and all games and services are provided "as is." 555xp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555xp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 555xp platform, including losses arising from technical faults, connectivity issues, incorrect bet placement, or third-party payment processing delays.
9.3 555xp's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10.1 You may close your 555xp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
10.2 555xp may suspend or permanently close your account without notice in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within the required period; sustained abusive conduct toward 555xp staff; or any other circumstance that 555xp in good faith believes justifies closure.
10.3 Where an account is closed by 555xp due to a breach of these Terms, any balance on the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. 555xp will notify the account holder of the outcome of any investigation and the disposition of any funds, subject to applicable legal obligations.
11.1 555xp reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 555xp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes were made.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555xp holds its international gaming licence. The specific jurisdiction is available upon request via the support team at [email protected].
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 555xp platform, you should first contact 555xp customer support and allow a minimum of 14 days for the matter to be resolved internally. Where internal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism provided under 555xp's gaming licence.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms prevents you from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where urgently required to protect your rights.
12.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
